To simply put, it's a collaboration platform that target non-tech business to smoothly collaborate on emails, messages, documents and webcontent. 

No, there are 100's of project management tools in the market that does the job exceptionally well. We have no plans of adding that in near future. If you are looking for such feature, this will not be the right place.

Yes. We are a new platform, so many feature may be on the roadmap. But DMS come with all basic functionalities like version control, document viewer, editor, correspondence management, document metadata management etc. 

This is in our near roadmap. We will be adding a dedicated workflow engine soon. In the current version, you can use correspondence management for basic file movement and approval.

Site are meant to publish content, that will be available via content delivery API. We have both public and private sites. A private site is like a portal that can be used to build private portals using our backend API.

Web content creation happens in the content repository, just like any other content. Team can seamlessly create content, collaborate with others and publish to any of the sites available. 

When you setup your workspace, you can create team for support, marketing, HR or Finance. Each team can have multiple channels for maanging incoming and outgoing communications. Every conversation is considerd as ticket and is assigned to team member. 

License usage:

This section is mainly for customers opted for  on-premise and private deployments.

No. if you want to customize the front end UI, you have to get a prior approval in writing from us.

At the moment, we don't offer a whitelabelled version of our product. 

At present, we don't have an agency model. This feature is on our roadmap, though we don't have an ETA.

For On-premise deployments, licenses are issued for number of users. Once you reach the limit, you will be disabled from creating any additional users.  License is configured by connecting the to our license server. For adding additional license to an already running deployment, it has to be connected with our license server and get the updated license information, so that new limits will be applied. 

You can request for additional user licenses, once we update the license server with new limits, you have to connect once to the license server and update the license with new limit.

Support & updates:

Explore the support and updates that come with your subscription or license purchase. This section is applicable for on-premise deployments only. All our other offerings comes with a standard support.

All licenses come with a 1 year standard support, that includes necessary updates. Any new feature will that is available for that license tier will be released regularly. After first year, customers have to sign Annual Maintenance contract for getting support and updates regularly.

Every on-premise license comes with a one year standard support, after that you have to sign annual maitenance contract for renewing and extending the support.

For SaaS offerings, we release updates every 28 days. This include 21 days of development and 7 days of testing. On-premise customers will recieve updates every 3 months. Critical security fixes are released instantaneously.

Our SaaS customers will recieve standard support and updates as long they are subscribed to the plan. For on-premise customers, once your support period is expired, platform will continue to work, but we will not be liable for any kind of data loss or issues that come along.
